Both through the ÍCONE website and our app, residents, property managers, counselors, employees and condominium service providers can manage their tasks and organize their routines in a simple, quick and effective way, from anywhere and at any time. Our resources range from managing open bills to opening building doors through integrations available in the application. All of this with the same login and password, receiving notifications for critical matters, with online access in real time.

- complete registration of condominium owners, their vehicles, pets and other residents of the unit
- communication between property manager and residents with control of pending issues, discussion groups, lost and found items, notices, maintenance, etc. (in moderation).
- reservations in the party room, changes and other agendas,
- access to the regulations and other condominium documents,
- monthly fee invoices - interactive month-by-month reporting with receipt attachments and online approval of the folder
- view of the evolution of expenses by account and account group (Expenses on water, energy, contracts, maintenance, etc.)
