These levels are defined as beginner, intermediate and advanced.
Beginner and intermediate level are divided into 3 sections each. Each episode covers 16 workouts in 4-week schedules.
Advanced consists of general strength high-intensity workouts and includes 16 workouts updated every 4 weeks with monthly planning.
