We love to travel and spend time with family so we have some help from our Finley Friendly assistants who help us ship and maintain our growing business!! **If you live local we require porch pick ups unless you pay shipping fees.
We do LOTS of fun giveaways, and have a lot of perks in our FaceBook Community. Please note that any discounted or FREE item is a FINAL purchase. No refunds or exchanges. If you don’t love it please pay it forward.
If you do make a full price purchase from us and the item becomes damaged or just doesn’t work for you please let us know ASAP. Exchanges and refunds of new items must be made within 30 days of purchase with tags still attached and odor and pet hair free.
We understand that damages may happen. Please provide original purchase receipt. (Must have been purchased directly from Finleys Fashion within 30 days). (Exchanges and in store credit at our discretion).
All invoices MUST be paid within 24 hours of receiving. If there is an issue of any kind please email AskTheFinleys@gmail.com and we will try and respond ASAP.
All non-paid invoices will be cancelled 48 hours after cartedsent. These items will be re-shelved and resold.
