You're now performing an opposite role, where YOU are the one who is spawning hordes of aggressive creatures, ready to destroy everything they face on their way! Spawn as many as you can and let them make their way through the defensive towers to destroy the gate and pass to a new level.
The game doesn't stop when you exit it, it will continue running idly, and once you return back to it, you'll be able to get all the rewards while you were away.
Your monsters are produced on the floors in your own huge tower of darkness. Each monster, when dying, is granting you useful resources, from which you can build new floors to spawn even more powerful monsters! Upgrade your monsters in the research lab to make them more powerful and find the blueprints for the new units to spawn at the floors in your tower.
Change the units you're currently producing at the floors to your liking. Make your own unique combination of either fast, tanky or damaging units so that at least some of them are able to reach the gates and destroy them. The possibilities are endless for you to try and experiment!
