A love story made into coffee
For more than 9 decades, the Rodríguez family has been dedicated to coffee production, a tradition that has been strengthened in recent years thanks to the union of the children of Don Hugo and Doña Fabiola who decided to confront the technical production of the national grain and therefore ende to the management of its plot located in the beautiful municipality of Risaralda – Caldas, known as the Hill of the Wind.

The “Café Mis Taitas”, which arises in Villa Fabiola, is a Castillo variety and has particular characteristics, among them that it is not passed through the demucilaginator (equipment used in the coffee processing) through which the mucilage or gelatinous layer that covers the grain), its process takes more hours of fermentation, it has sun drying that is different from the traditional one and the most special thing is that its grains are carefully chosen by those who have been doing this job for years.
