MobileDotti QA Description
MobileDotti provides user possibility to see what quality data shall be collected for the manufactured product in its different manufacturing steps. With different data collection methods users can record measurements that are taken to prove how the specific quality requirements are filled for the certain product. Data collection methods used in MobileDotti is scanning codes with an integrated Scandit application, text recognition with OCR and standard number and text input methods.
The application is used online and is synchronized with Wärtsilä’s Smart Quality System SQS. In this way users in the manufacturing can decide to use either SQS on computers or MobileDotti on mobile devices and be sure data between these system is synchronized. Also, validation rules, set of quality requirements and instructions are identical between these two systems.
