Protek Link Description
With Protek Link for Android you can manage, configure and review sales reports directly from the Protek scale.
Communication can be established directly with the Protek scale. Once communication with the scale is established, the following functionalities will be used:
ADMINISTRATION
+ View the full list of all products available on the scale. They can easily make updates to all products such as prices, see offers available by product and check their additional information.
+ Access a form where you can quickly register new products, in which you can configure the following parameters for each of the products such as "Name", "Code", "PLU Number", "Expiration Date", etc
+ Organize the sales team. Access the list of available vendors, register new vendors and update their names.
+ Consult the complete list of offers and additional information. A new offer can be easily created and assigned to an existing product.
SETTING
+ Always keep customers up to date with advertising messages. You can configure at least 5 advertising messages which can be reflected directly on the scale.
+ Activate/Deactivate general options such as “Autoprint”, “Reprint”, “Lock Prices”, etc., directly from the scale.
+ Security of the scale. You can manage the passwords of the scale as “Administrator” and “Supervisor”.
+ Establish the date and time formats that will appear on the printed ticket/label.
+ Customize ticket/label headers. Define custom texts that will appear as headers on customer tickets.
+ Compatible with the point of sale. Modify and customize the barcode format to make it compatible with a point of sale.
REPORTS
+ At any time you can consult a history of sales directly from the scale. A report can be consulted by "Date", "Seller", "Product" and "Scale".
For better use with support services, you can access the technical information of the scale from the "About" section.
