The purpose is to bring the parent penguin to the goal.
The parent penguin stops when it bumps into a baby penguin, so the baby penguin is also moved to create a new route for the parent penguin.
If you reach the goal in as few moves as possible, you will receive fish after clearing the stage.
In particular, if you reach the goal in the shortest number of moves, you will receive three fish.
