Average at best. Slow to load cameras, often slow to respond to anything I ask it to do. Functionality and flexibility not great. Eg, I have 4 cameras and for all it's notifications on or off. I'd love (and requested) to have the ability to set notifications up per camera. 1 of the cameras in the most awkward of places loves to disconnect every few months, so it's a ladder to get it down and 10 minutes to delete, reset, re-add
Used PC to log into account, no issues whatsoever. Unfortunately, can't say the same for the app. A few years ago both worked fine, but now it seems temperamental. Using the same login details does not give access to the app and using the forgotten password shows a message stating password reset instructions have been sent; but each time, even after a 15min gap between attempts, no email arrives
Had my cameras a while and pay extra for the boost, the app continues to be the most glitchy app I've ever used, sometimes it works and other times it won't playback anything. Soon as a find an alternative they will be going in the bin.
