The ability to turn zones on and off individually was removed in the latest update. The app is pretty useless now and I have no other way to control my lights. Very disappointing. If this isn't fixed, I will need to go with a different timer. Update: A new version was applied today that restored this functionality. Now the app is back to its original state and working well.
The app rarely connects to my device and most often shows as offline. occasionally, if I open the app and wait long enough, it will connect to Bluetooth to control the device. We have only gotten the WiFi to set up a handful of times, and then it disconnects within a few hours. I bought this fan because I am disabled and wanted to control my fan and light with my voice. As it doesn't stay connected to the WiFi, you can't use google to do so. I regret my purchase and have since we got it.
Absolutely a mus have app ! I love that you can control every aspect of the light feature thru your phone. From the time you tell it to go on/off on a preset schedule, to the color, hue or light speed and fade options .... you design it all. It is reliable and a real kick to play with also. I highly recommend Hubspace.
