Very sluggish and buggy. It extracts money from my bank account without properly addressing in the transaction note, which it had never failed to up to that point. Utter unpleasant experience, I would never recommend using this over shopeepay or zalopay.
Terrible. Lagging all the time and cannot fulfill the most fundamental function of an e-wallet: transfer money. It stays pending for long time that the buyer and seller cannot know what to do????
Impossible to link the Vietcombank account because of an IT bug (Momo won't accept "." as a valid character but refuses to link if the name is not exactly as the bank's, i.e. wit a dot). Impossible to certify the ID (tried 50 times, failed 50 times). I give up. Apparently, there's still lots of fixes to be made for foreigners...
