I have been using gaana (app free version with ads) for few years, which they have stopped. I just bought the subscription to gaana plus, thinking that I would get access to all the songs that were in my playlists. However, what I found was that about 70% of those songs are no longer available on gaana anymore. Initially, after subscription, they would not play, but showed up in my playlist. After restarting the app, they do not even show in the playlists. Not worth the money.
Poorly designed app. Can't quickly add a song to play list or dislike it. The auto queue feature is a joke. Plays completely random songs from what you heard before. It's an OK app if you just want to search and play songs. Most of their playlists are static. They don't add many new ones or update existing ones. I did buy a year of Gaana Plus. But won't be renewing it.
New interface has a lot of flaws. Thae capability to clear the current songs in the playing que has been removed. When playing from a playlist created but the user it adds randomly adds songs even though the option is turned off in the settings. Lastly the whole Go to Party option is very confusing and not sure what/why/how it is used and edited.
