Edit: After reading reviews, it seems everyone is having the issue so I'm uninstalling at this point. I've done the age verification and it was verified. When I go to order alcohol, it asks me for my license again. After scanning the front and back, it says uploaded successfully but then just spins. I have to end up using another delivery app instead which sucks because I wanted to use coupons for other items but can't checkout. Thinking about uninstalling at this point.
Every order is pushed to a 3rd party and there is almost no communication between the two. There's always items missing and you gotta jump through hoops to get single items reimbursed. You will never get any tips or fees you pay beforehand returned, so you gotta reorder again and repay all the fees and add more to get it above the threshold to avoid a small basket fee. Even then it's a gamble if you get all the items, and you might end up doing it again or giving up altogether.
The deals are good, but why are they out of stock on the 7-11 app lately. But those same products aren't out on my door dash. Also, every time I'd like to order something,. I have to use an i.d. for it will crash. Then no longer will be able to complete that order until the over 21 product is removed! I'll give it 1 more month, but if this issue isn't fixed I'll be removing my GOLDEN PASS I pay for along with the app it's self and just go back to only Door Dash!!
