Crashes constantly. I've edited the same photo 3x and lost the edits because of the app crashing. Please improve the function of lightroom instead of making a bunch of new apps for content creators! I have tried all of the things you've suggested, but it doesn't help. Clearing cache helps temporarily. I can't clear my cache every 10 minutes when the app crashes. Picsart is a much more efficient app, hasn't crashed once. Way cheaper for a year of membership.
I used to love this app. Now, it crashes constantly. Sometimes, I can edit one picture before it crashes. Other times, it crashes once I've almost finished editing and loses all my edits. Update - since leaving this review, I've discovered that the crashes happen mostly when I'm trying to edit pictures that contain a large amount of empty sky. Being a wildlife photographer with an emphasis on birds, this makes the app pretty much useless to me. Adobe has been ZERO help in resolving this issue.
Had 5 stars but something changed recently (within past week) and the app constantly crashes, many times before you can even get a quick edit and save in. I'll probably cancel my premium that I just recently started as I can't even use the basic features. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon and back to 5 star quality. Edit to add that it seems to most commonly happen after you zoom way and do a heavy crop on an image. And if not then, it's after you try and adjust something else after the cropping
