Problem with fingerprint login. Shows failed to login. when clicking back button it shows logged in page for a second and gets back to fingerprint login page. Update: Probably login issue was long identified so its fixed. But, UI still sucks. I wonder if UI designers are using aetna customers. For example, Search -> Independent labs -> estimate cost. Why it's even asking select a member if there is only one member in plan. It's really annoying if there are multiple services needed.
Some days it works, some it doesn't. I get a lot of errors usually and it tells me to come back later. The website is better but harder to navigate. The worst is when it crashes and logs me out, even if I log back in, the app will crash again and log me out within a few seconds of logging in.
This is an ok app, but way behind compared to United's app, which was my insurance provider for the last 5 years. 1st, bring biometric login options. It's annoying trying to remember what my password was when I'm looking for an urgent care. 2nd, it is really hard to find a provider in this app. It doesn't list all the in-network options. I often give up using the app and go to the website to see which clinics are in-network. There's a lot to improve in this app
