Set up a payment for Amazon and it worked fine for the first one. Tried again recently and it will not let me use it on Amazon and the reasons it gives could be caused by "late payments, having a short payment history, or insufficient funds". The funds and late payments are verifiably untrue and my previous purchases were done with no payment history. As such my reasons to keep the app around have wholly vanished.
Use to be 5 stars but after all the hard work so many people put in including myself to get the reward of no first payment for the first two weeks, it's really messed everything up for me. AP was perfect for those times I didn't have the money right then and there but would have the money in time for my payment. I made on time if not earlier payments, paid everything off on time if not way earlier and now it's not worth paying off early. Really sad, and I have such a high limit too.
Life saver. I love that you get a larger budget based on how much/often you use the app, and as long as you pay it back, no interest? YES,please! I can't tell you how many times I was short due to llness or unexpected expenses, but I still needed groceries, but Afterpay to the rescue. I recommend this for anyone who has a reliable source of income but still needs a boost from time to time. Paying $25 over 4 paychecks is simply sometimes more manageable than $100 in one wack.
