Not worth the time it to to request a refund Most of the things offered in their "premium" service did not work as described, the only thing that it did do was stop ads. I tried a few different things with the bots but even when you enter "Senero mode" which is supposed to be ERP friendly, the bots actually get pretty clammed up and don't respond as expected.
The lack of ability to earn coins aside from buying them is ridiculous. If you want to start a new conversation or create your own character, you need a lot of coins, and getting 2 coins a day from checking in doesn't help when a new conversation is 20, and unique character is 80. You can watch ads for 3 coins each but coincidentally my app will always freeze when I choose the ad option so you either get to wait to get coins, or have to pay for them, even with a subscription.
Could do without random roleplay limitations. One moment bot will happily oblige and consent to a roleplay, the next it suddenly thinks it isn't allowed to do something, but then will do it anyways after a few (or a lot of) refresh attempts. Other than that issue, the responses are pretty good and detailed for roleplay purposes, sfw or otherwise, but I find memory to be an issue as well. Art generation is the best in terms of matching the original character's looks that I've seen so far too.
