I tried 5 different times to establish my account with the mobile app. I put in my user ID, and my password. Both were accepted as the correct user ID and the correct password. Then it asks to send a verification code to the number they have on file. This is where the problem is. I waited over ten minutes each time I tried. Never received a verification code. App is useless if you can't even log in to use it.
Absolute garbage app. Not sure if its my company's use of it or inherent in app itself but several dead end links that serve no purpose. Incomplete or erroneous records. Useless help feature. Just an all around bad experiences with this app.
More complicated and difficult to use. Operates at dial up speeds. Seems high-schoolers are writing code for this app. Every update provides fixes and creates more problems. I'd someone's promotions dependent on this? Additionally feel this app is for beginner class programmer. Updates are never really tested they're just put out there for the heck of it!
