Bad first experience transacting in Allofresh. I checked out 2 papayas and 3 other products. They got me informed that the papayas was sold out AND I could not cancel the order. Minutes later, they told me that the fruit is ready and they immediately sent my order safely. Turns out, the papayas are no longer fresh and unsuitable for consumption where I had to DUMP IT TO THE TRASH BIN. What a rubbish app!
They refused when I asked to cancel the order. The order was placed by mistake, and the customer services tricked me to accept the package while they pretend escalated the issue to the responsible team, but it ended up in refusal. Worst business ever. You should not trick your customer.
Tried it once and was happy with the result. The store was quite far but I still got free delivery which was awesome and the delivery was fast. I ordered frozen food and they're still frozen when arrived.
