When I open the app, it takes about 10 seconds to reach the main screen. The tabs take time to load as well, but not as long as it takes to open the app. Often times I'll receive the "oops" page, which requires me to refresh the page to access the app. This is not a problem with my internet connection. This is frustrating when I'm picking up shifts as a flex associate. Lately, when I tap on the schedule tab, it will take me to a notification page instead. This app is overall frustrating to use.
I'm basing my rating on having never experienced any other platform like this before. As my first experience with an app used for work and for shift pick ups (always been a salaried worker), this is amazing! It's user friendly, easy to maneuver with self explanatory navigation and doesn't lag. Chat with HR is a great feature even if the representative does not seem based in the U.S., they provide prompt, quick responses and resolution.
The latest version of this app is an absolute nightmare. It's complicated to navigate, there are important resource links (like PTO & Occurence information) now burried in other resource links (like Find Shifts), it's cluttered (News at the top is a HUGE waste of space, and the thick white menu at the top of "find shifts" makes it hard to see what shifts are available), why is everything white (It's harder to look at), and IT'S SO BUGGY!!! It crashes often. The PREVIOUS version was 5/5 perfect!
