The app itself is mid they don't offer anything like quizlet does its just plain flash cards and a review feature (which isn't even like quizlet or good enough). I like that they give you the option for a lifetime service, but with the bugs and the way the app is, I personally wouldn't want to buy a lifetime from what I've seen now. Who knows if they'll just give up development and stop updating, and we're stuck with this, not appealing at all.
Downloaded the app to study & paid for it. Spent two month at sea with no internet making 300+ cards. App started to become buggy crashing every time I made a new card. When home I tried to sync my work in order to save it so I can delete & reinstall the app. Now the app crashes every time I try to sync & the data is not uploaded. Attempted to contact the Developers for troubleshooting help & haven't heard from them in a month.... I like the functionality but don't want to lose all of my work.
Doesn't sync even if you pay for the unlimited version. Problems seem limited to android version as I am not experiencing them (as often) on Win10 and ios versions. All versions need to be manually synced on a regular basis which is surprising given the low volume of data shared across platforms. However, Android app has said it is "offline" for weeks now... Not only do usage statistics not sync, you cannot download anki decks that are not already on the phone.
