When it works-its great. Many bugs fixed over the years and keeps getting better. It was able to guide me and the AP right to my daughters 'missing' phone at school. After that, the family doesn't mind having it. BUGS:Sometimes people show in 2 places. Takes a while for "monitoring" to kick in and its not always accurate but I can switch to history for current location. When you zoom in to see more detail it zooms back out if the person moves. Frustrating if you are trying to read road names.
Not updating on were the person is at, at the time of place. Off by time and sometime a little off on location. When is this going to get right? I will cancel this if not fixed! (Updated June 8/2023)~ Still having problems. Doesn't work like it should I just want to cancel and get a refund back like I asked before. Was renew in February and I am not getting what I pay for.
Took money twice for subscription, emailed 3 times for refund one of them, no answer whatsoever. The app itself has some issues in terms of not being updating the location love as well as very big errors of person location.
