So. In the beginning it was okay but now everything has gotten worse. I thought it was something in my setting but today I just received a message from my ex 2 hours after he sent it. Even when I had the app open it says no Internet but I am using unlimited data so that should not be an issue. Even then the message wasn't there. I don't get notifications to my phone even though I have it enabled for this specific app. This just makes everything so much harder than it needs to be.
Horrible. Unreliable. Sometimes I don't get messages at all. Sometimes I can't send at all. Sometimes everything disappears. Truly makes a difficult situation worse when you have poor communication with a co-parent. My phone needs to be open to get notifications of a message, no matter what I do to the settings. The AppClose people think that because so many courts mandate they use them that their app doesn't stink. But it does. Edit: No, dudes. Your app just sucks. Deal with it. Or fix it.
Poor. Rather than complete video calls, continually prompts for access to a Bluetooth device. I can neither make nor accept calls without that message appearing. I don't use a bluetooth device. Major net negative. When I try to make video calls, it also says "calling null." Based on user comments and creators' copy-paste replies, seems like the app creators have little ability / interest in supporting the app or working out glitches.
