Serviceable up to a point. It would benefit from showing if a bus is running late. I've had real issues migrating the account I made when I first installed the app. Customer support seems to think I don't have an Arriva account and need to request a *separate* smartcard. It's behaving like a janky P2P app in that respect, not a client for a centralized commercial service.
The amount of times I've tried tracking a bus and the app claiming it'll arrive at a time and the bus arriving 20 minutes later is shocking, and I have had the app tell me that there is a bus stop that doesn't exist persistently for nearly a year. The only reason I still use this service is because its the only one in my area!
No back buttons or links - I actually have to restart the app in between tasks such as route search and ticket purchase due to missing navigation. Does not remember my previously used payment method, either. Does not recognise addresses, only stops served by Arriva. Any 1st year computer science student could design a more user-friendly app...
