ASOS is GREAT. I really like that they have many different brands of clothing, sneakers, accessories, etc. With lots of different styles, from many countries. I also enjoy that they take Afterpay (if you're trying to budget). They have great deals/discounts constantly. Which is really amazing. And as if that wasn't enough, they have so many different sizes too (from super small to very large (XXS-XXL!)!! & of course reviews & so many features. I LOVE shopping here. Would highly recommend it.
Incredibly frustrating customer service. The past 3 orders have all been problematic leading to the last one. The app glitched I guess, resulting in charging me for an order that never went through. I'm still fighting the charges, all they say is "it's processing", you have to wait, when they can't even produce an order number, or confirmation number. I was charged for an imaginary order I guess. I used to love asos but after this I think it's time for me to move on.
This is my chosen ap for going to get "Top Man" clothing. It's my favorite brand and I like shopping at asos. The app itself is versatile and easy to use. Good deals, however just two complaints. Large size is a hit and miss for tops, you'll always get that one shirt they you should of gotten as a xl you can't return. Also, the quality of the jeans seem off, chinos and dress pants are excellent but I recently bought black pair of jeans that seemed more faded than painted on as advertised.
