I don't usually rate apps but with this one I felt like I had to because it's SO bad. Most of the time it doesn't even open but only shows the front page and makes the entire display twitch or it crashes right away with an error message in Chinese (I think). Managed to open it once or twice, it doesnt react at all, wouldn't even let me explore the different functions let alone connect to my bike. I guess the fact that it was last updated September last year speaks for itself. Absolutely useless.
It connected to my Bafang DPC-18 display right away using bluetooth. I did not need to activate BT on the bike. It just connected to the phone upon launching the app. I could not find a place to change the units from Metric to Imperial. It connected to my Wahoo heart rate monitor right away too. I could not find a function to record a ride though. It is a good tool for checking all the configuration setting on your system. Some settings that I wanted on the display would not enable. For example the HR monitor was on a seperate screen. So overall? Good to have but not all that useful for rides. DPC-18 is also not very configurable as a display compared to my Garmin 820.
Completely useless. Connect to the bike, it doesn't change any settings. For example I change the max Pas from 5 to 3, or 9... Press confirm, it goes back to previous screen in app and keeps it set at 5. The app just does not work at all
