When you are riding it's good, until you realize that there is NO GO ZONE, which is area where your scooter won't work. Basically you can't go around much with this. Plus, i didn't know end trip means, literally ending of service. I did it to save the power in my opinion, but it ended the service, letting me know that i have to pay for over $10 cuz im trying to park random place. So I didnt click the ending trip and went somewhere, came back to use it, but it says it's automatically ended, paid.
Like most of these fast convenient services, the support level is sorely lacking. If you have any issue at all, need a refund, or something's broken, there's simply no easy way to get help from the company. The report an issue features have all been replaced with chatbot FAQ responses, there's no phone number to call, no SMS service. So sure, it's a great service when it works but that's not very often.
Unreliable. Ever since the new ui updates, it takes forever for the parking camera to load. Half the time you go to unlock the scooter, there's something wrong with the accelerator, or the unlocking mechanism. The actual scooter itself will sometimes slow down permanently as if you were in a slow zone, even after entering and leaving one. Last but not least, a third of the time the scooters are missing from where they're supposed to be. Used to be reliable, fast and powerful. RIP.
