Very disappointed since the lastest update. With my Home Hub 3000, it forced me to use this app to manage access control feature. When I open this app to connect to my wifi, it changed all my customzed wifi settings. I have to manually change them back. And the access control feature is not as what they described, as soon I turned it on to block only internet access, it blocked local network access as well, this created a problem for my printer and NAS server. Another problem is the MAC filter..
Since it's latest major change, the application is a lot worse feature-wise. I cann't even customize device type/icons anymore. The Plume "AI" is awful and guest networks won't be available from pods, only the base station, which is not obviously advertised. Would recommend steering away and PPPOEIng with a WRT-compatible router setup. Can't even pihole properly.
Your app doesn't work. If you get a replacement modem from Bell guess what IT DOESNT WORK ANYMORE. So tired of paying so much money with increases coming in January 2024 and nothing works as it should. So ready to file a complaint with the CRTC or whoever can hold bell accountable. UPDATE: I Emailed and got not reply. Talked to someone and still not working. Seems like your stuff doesn't sync after the first time so the app is stuck with the old modem. Well maybe it's time to leave bell!
