Great workouts but needs sound! I love the variety of workouts with and without equipment. But the app has no sounds or prompts, which means you have to watch for time-based exercises. Dings, chimes, counts, ANYTHING to let me know when the time is up so I can be in the zone and not staring at my phone and setting it somewhere that I can see it. 5 stars if there were sound notifications.
The app gives you great workouts, with the option to skip the excercises, and the rest periods, the app gives you just as much training as YOU want. It does, however, being a free app, shoves a membership in front of your face after every workout. I don't judge them, as they need to make money somehow, but I do feel they could lay off the membership pop-ups. Overall, it's a great workout app that I use everyday.
There are a number of target specific area programs that don't have at-home components. Also there's no stretching exercises. This is a very straight forward basic app. It's basically giving you the accountability of click start, actually do for the length of the time, & you'll get results. I don't know about the results. Seems like big promises for little time, but I've only done military PT to compare it to. It is an easy app, but not very customizable, or robust in the training programs.
