I have been using bikayi for more than 2 years. Initially it was really good. Unannounced Updates, sudden breakdown started last year. However those were dealt timely. For past whole year there are break downs, these people have stopped responding.. Calls, what's app are closed for communication. Email doesn't reply. Worst of all they are looking for more clients.... Offering 50% without solving the current situation. The business Depends on them and at huge loss. Is there a option of refund

I had a dreadful experience with this company. I purchased their premium website plan and digital marketing services, but it was a complete disaster. They started running ads without my consent and wasted my money on a campaign that yielded zero leads. The sales executive promised to customize my website but later informed me that they only had default templates available. The support team became unresponsive and stopped answering my calls or messages.

Full of bugs - even elementary checks for valid phone numbers not done - user can enter any digit number. Date format inconsistent throughout the app - some places it is dd/mm/yy and at other places mm/dd/yy. The App appears to have been put together in a hurry without any testing. Also, seems they don't have much users, otherwise these bugs would have been exposed and corrected by now. Edited after devlpr response: It is not about spam orders, there is no way to revert back to geniune clients.
