App is a bit slow to load when choosing photos to send to the frame. But the main thing missing which I'm really disappointed about is that you can't manage the photos through the app. I'd planned on sending batches of photos to a relative who lives far away so they can easily see trip photos when we talk. But then I would remove them after because it's not something they need to keep and it would be difficult for them to remove. So I won't be able to use this as I had planned.
So far it has worked well. But really need the app to enable me to delete pics from the frame. The frame is with my mom in another location so it's not practical to have to remove individual pictures from the frame. I want to be able to keep the photos fresh so would like to be able to remove individual photos videos that have been on for some times. Fresh material is the key to continued relevance. Thanks for considering my request. Price was right and look of frame is sleek.
Would love a feature to delete using my phone app. It has a collage presentation and this is where I get frustrated. While using the app, prior to uploading the picture, it will allow you to format the picture vertically or horizontally, but not vertically AND horizontally resulting in pictures that are showing with heads being cut off or important aspects of the photograph being outside of the view. If they fixed these things, I would give this frame/app a higher rating for sure.
