I am unable to access my account. After getting a new password, same results occur. I opened the app and entered my ID number and password, then I'm navigated to my browser in which a random page opens with a pop-up asking if I want to leave page to view app. I select "open", nothing happens. I already sent two emails to tech support, no response. Talk about unprofessional! It sucks my job uses this pathetic app! Good riddance! I'm reluctant to even give a star!
This is my first time having issues with logging into the app. When logging in on smartphone the purple border appears and the screen stays blank with no indication of loading. Downloading the app on my computer is giving a timing out notification. Something is wrong with the app and not the credentials. If I am able to change my password then I am still employed. 5 starts until this experience.
Went on leave. Came back to multiple problems with the app. Get them fixed. It worked for a short time. Now it's on an endless feedback loop. I'll see if uninstalling and reinstalling fixes this, but not impressed. And the bosses can't change start time on short notice and still have all employees notified, we've already proven that notifications hit late for at least half the crew.
