This is a case of "the service is quite useful, but the app is a headache". First, BNESIM: Customer service is Great. The costs & connection are usually very reasonable & useful. Not best I use, though. The app: Unlike many others, you can see nothing about your account w/out data. It is very lacking in UI quality. It looks simple at first - then you use it & realize it is Not. A lot needs done to improve it. Used to these sorts of things? Doable. For someone new it could be difficult.
I've been using BNESIM for over a year, and both phone and data service has worked well in the UK, Europe and USA. Pricing is very reasonable, and support is responsive. Note, however, that you must set your caller id to your mobile phone number, otherwise you will not be able to call any UK mobile numbers (as the UK mobile networks all block virtual caller ids). Also note that BNE doesn't set caller id for outgoing texts, so it is impossible to text anyone in the UK from BNE.
The application provided an incorrect SM-DP+ address for the Turkish eSim that made the manual installation difficult. The provided address added irrelevant eSIM to my phone. I had to use an app to extract the code from the QR code to activate the eSIM on my phone. Following the activation, I got a stable and fast connection on the Turk Telecom network. Additionally, the link to the installation guide is incorrect. It takes the user to a different page on their site.
