Faulty error message prevented me from signing up after apps installation. "No Internet connection. Please resume the app when your Internet connection recovers." In fact I can use my Internet, there is no connection issue at all. I tried uninstall and install, same error. Give up.
I initially gave this app a low rating because it wouldn't sync properly with my Google Fit app. I received a very rapid response by text, phone and email. Very impressive! It seems mine was not an isolated problem. I had to enable autostart for both apps, disconnect the app on Google Fit, then connect to Google Fit via the app itself. Now it syncs the current day's steps etc. but alas not the previous days' data. I'd give it a higher rating otherwise.
