Much better than when I tried this a few years ago. Great for feeding leads to the team or immediately interacting from the initial notification. Can be dialing/texting in seconds. All saved to our crm data. Efficiency way up for my team
Leads don't appear in order. Low functioning, requires use of another app to accurately log contact, have to toggle often which is inconvenient and overwhelming when I'm busy. I dislike contacting clients through a Boomtown number. I feel it's more personable to have my clients saving and communicating through my personal number. Personal preference maybe.
Great for on the go notes and info reference. There are a few challenges with the android version: not able to create or edit e-alerts is the biggest issue for me, also cannot view links through emails. All in all a great tool to keep organized while out in the field!
