It feels like there are a lot of bugs and glitches. It's not completely unusable but improvements definitely need to be made. For me it's started to want to autofill my boots password in the search bar which is frustrating as there is a search bar on every page. When searching within a category, if you want to filter by brand the brands are not in alphabetical order which would be most logical and helpful. The app tends to have a mind of its own sometimes, not a great user experience
Simple to use, Can see your points which is helpful and dont need tonfind yiur card, handy to order online for click and collect. App is slow, glitchy and frustrating sometimes, freezes then you have to Start again or give up after a few attempts. If you download offers you can't use the paper ones which made no sense to me (told by staff in store) so couldn't maximise points collected. Needs to be smarter and faster
Freezes, crashes, colour swatches are ridiculously tiny and difficult to make out. Useful being able to see points balance and add things to a wishlist, but definitely needs improvement. Update: Tried to place an order, app told me twice the payment hadn't gone through so used the website. Turns out I've now been charged three times for the one order, thanks to the app.
