I've been trying to use this to quit my addiction. It's good, but not for everyone. Something I absolutely despise that causes me to relapse even more is how the app says a relapse doesn't erase progress, but it visibly erases your progress made so far. Life tree, streak, all of that. For someone like me, that's just further stress and discouragement. Maybe that's a me problem, but it does make it harder to continue. Also, it doesn't let you do things like meditation at will, which isn't great.
Second time trying it, first time wouldn't even let me log on. The app is a buggy. Screens that partially load, doesn't remember you've done some things and has you doing them repeatedly, first few days my life tree page wouldn't let me dig the hole and then 3rd day it's planted itself. Bright side is there's a community of people trying to accomplish the same thing. A little information and some daily exercises to help with consistency.
Edited. I canceled my subscription. The primitive chat tool lags/freezes after 100+ character messages and doesn't offer image sharing. Totally discourages team interaction. (Critical for combating addiction). Additionally it constantly and falsely stated I forgot to complete the previous days checkup. When I attempted to message the support team the email address was invalid. I can't justify paying for this.
