runs SUPER smooth and is able to handle my ludicrous number of tabs at once. overall amazing. the pc version isn't the best, though. It's poorly optimized, which leads to many issues, especially because I have an older model pc. even still it has too many benefits to overlook, and I will continue using brave for as long as it works this way.
I am appreciative for its ad-blocking and tracker blocking features. The layout is very intuitive and similar to Chrome but stands out as its own unique browser. It counts how many things it has blocked as well. Cross-platform functionality is seamless, making the transition from Google Chrome a breeze. The accounts from Google Chrome transferred effortlessly, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience across devices. The regular updates keep the security and privacy strong and robust.
Yeah so YouTube videos are broken. They show a white screen with audio, and if I back out of the page then i can see the video underneath for a second. I don't know what causes this. I've turned off every setting, reinstalled the app, reset my phone, but it just doesn't work. Other videos elsewhere work. YouTube still works on Chrome, so this isn't me. I mainly use Brave for YouTube videos on mobile, and at this point i might as well go back to Chrome since I'm stuck using it again ¯\_(ツ)_/ ¯
