TERRIBLE! I finally got into the app & it kept saying that my password was incorrect (which it isn't) and saying they were experiencing technical difficulties everytime I tried to change the password. Finally, today I got it to send me a link (only good for 24 hours) to change my password but now everytime I hit the submit button I get the same try again later error message! If this is any indication of what the service is going to be like, they should have stayed CenturyLink, their app worked!
Seems to work. Email notification said to sign in using the same username and password as with the CenturyLink app. Didn't work, jumped through the hoops to reset password and all appears to work. We'll see over time. Interesting that it says "no reviews in your language". Duh.
It won't let me use the app. I can't sign into my account to pay my bill
