Not without occasional difficulties, mostly on my part, support is always available if needed. This is one of those apps that was an insta-buy, no regrets. If you want to control a DLNA server while rendering on another device, you have come to the right place. I'm able to stream to my Allo Digi Sig, and 2 Chromecast Audio, while also creating Open Home renderers on the CCA. The BUPnP server app also allows easy syreaming of your music over the interwebs.
Mostly functional, but some things have recently been getting more glitchy when casting to my chromecast. Specifically, I can no longer simply tap along the timeline to jump to a specific point or use the seek buttons without everything coming to a screeching halt. So, you either make it through with no interruptions or start from the beginning. Not ideal.
I would think this is the perfect app if it had two minor improvements: (#1) an easier way to make small adjustments to current playback position (e.g. skip ahead 10 seconds or 5 minutes, more than just plus or minus 30 seconds). (#2) The option to track viewing history, without having to use a service line Trakt. Still giving this 5 stars because it has otherwise worked flawlessly for at least a year now.
