Works decent when it decides to work. Went to redeem an offer code and when I got to the drive through to order, the app displayed 'refresh' where the code was supposed to be and no matter how many times I hit refresh, nothing changed. Even force closed the app cleared the cash and it still wouldn't work. Verify my data connection was working and it was fine for other apps. Sucks that I went to BK specifically for the deal on the app and to not be able to get it.
I accepted an offer for "Whopper or impossible whopper". I was never allowed to choose between the two. I tried the built in help, but the app created overlapping pop ups, so I could not read all the instructions. I called the phone number to talk directly, but both numbers privided are no longer in service. That was a nightmare experience, and now I must cross my fingers and hope I get something I can eat.
Plenty of deals and promos, but the points redemption needs work. Everything is way overpriced on points. At least this app has integrated cust service, so when there's a problem you can get a response in the app or by email immediately. This should be industry standard. No one wants to take a day off of work to call an 800# to get a refund. This isn't the 20th century anymore.
