I have had a lot of hatred towards this app but it's not its fault, and more the public transport itself. But after a UI update, they have destroyed the app. Crashes, unresponsive UI, lag, misleading errors, a need to press the refresh button every 10 seconds, and scam ads, which have always been there, and the broken functionality of the routes section. I know that development is hard, but the app was almost perfectly fine before albiet flawed, but now it is unusable. Looking for another app.
I've had this app for a few years and it has been pretty good until recently. Maybe it's a new update that needs a lot of debugging, but the app has become very unreliable recently. It takes forever to see live bus arrival times, links/buttons in the app are quite unresponsive and the app has become frustrating to use overall. I just thought I would leave this review here so that the developers are aware that quite a few people seem to be going through the same thing. Please fix it!
Downgraded rating at this app is slowly falling apart. Favourite routes section is broken, doesn't load correctly, doesn't show but times, often have to press refresh, even that doesn't work anymore. Transitioning to other sections from favourites never works correctly. Sort it out please, this was the best app out there, you're losing a long term user.
