Works great except as usual is too smart by half and must have a location fix to give you a list of departure stations to choose from. Nevermind that this list changes *very* seldomly, so a static list to default to would be trivial and obvious. If oh I don't know, your train is in a tunnel (why would it be?) forget about it.
Very useful compared to buying the physical ticket most of the time, especially when I have the monthly ticket, I am less likely to forget the ticket if its on my phone. But the problem is the loading time and purchasing has too many kinks. Sometimes it takes over 10 to 15min to complete a purchase, making me miss my ride out of fear of getting a ticket because the app does not work. I would work on making the process smoother and better explanation to the rules of each tickets.
My app has started ALWAYS messing up, causing so many disruptions in my day. It basically never updates my 4-ticket deal, so I can never activate a new ticket as it tells me it needs to update. I am forced to restart the app and try again and again (often for 20+ minutes) to make it work. Have had to actually buy tickets in the station even when I had purchases tickets on my phone. I have tried uninstalling app, still no luck. Should not happen with a capital city transport app 🙄
