I just redownloaded the app after a couple years. Very disappointed so far and customer service is not helping. Everytime I go live my viewers are complaining about seeing a black screen but on my side everything looks just fine. I tried so many different ways to fix it. I think I have spent more time so far trying to figure out the problem then actually enjoying the app. Very close to just deleting the whole app we will see how it goes tomorrow. If it's still causing me problems then I'm done.
It would be nice if the app could work on Wifi network I don't know if that's just me but whenever I try to watch a live on Wifi the screen is just black and also Cake needs to be back available for iPhone's its ridiculous that an iPhone user can't download the app anymore. Other than that I love the app but those improvements need to be fixed.
App has ridiculously small font, I haven't idea why. I try to chat with people butcan barely see what I type because the font is so small. I do have eye issues but still there is no reason for the font size to be that small!! Make the text larger. Also give us a night mode as well. Last update killed the'seen' reminder in chat. Really poorly written app. There's a million apps like it, but this app falls flat as far as usability.
