I just installed the app and finished setting it up. It is exactly what is needed. Especially if you are alone and or not at same location as family it will notify 4 contacts with my position and an ability for them to also select the map that's sent with my physical location. And the welfare check ability is perfect. Don't need family to call me it will contact them if I don't answer in 15 minutes. If this is something you can use for a buck a month I encourage you to try it. For free. Even.
This app has a lot of useful features that was released in the new update. I find it very helpful, especially for the children when they go to school and any other places. They don't like me tracking them which this app does not do. It simply alerts me, with their current location, only when they go out of their safe zone. This seems to be a nice balance between tracking and safety which my family is happy allowing, without being overprotective
I used this app for a project to see as an example of how the safety apps work, and how efficient they are. I was expecting them to be very primitive, but this app turned out to have many features. However in times of emergency it can be hard if there are so many features on the face. The important buttons should be given more priority while the others should be removed. Take the map for example. Why do we need it? Why can't we just send our location from WhatsApp? Or the video recordings also?
