Good app when it works. Love the books. Customer service is nice and helpful. It has issues uploading a lot of times. Basically you have to make sure you don't exit out or do anything. Literally sit there until it's done. There's also something wrong with the bill card update. It wont let you changed defaults. Also the chat button NEVER WORKS. Edit: added a star because I figured out the color issue! Yay! Also it sounds like they're adding more options for pages! Woohoo!
Amazing idea, sort of terrible interface. It's hard to rearrange your photos and lags so badly that it becomes really frustrating to create a book when it's supposed to be easy and less time-consuming than other platforms. I just sent a book to print and it showed a completely different image on the cover than the one I had chosen. I'm kind of pissed about that because there's nothing I can do to change it. Finished products are pretty great but the app should be way more internally advanced.
Just downloaded to use for the first time and it can't even upload from Google photos or facebook. One goes to a blank screen and the other says Facebook is not accessible right now....oh but it is!! Don't waste your time.
