Only issue I have is the fact that they don't cover return costs or provide a return label - even if, like in my case, they sent me the wrong size. In other cases it's not that big of an issue since you can also keep it and get either store credit or part of your money back but in that case it was a little annoying. Otherwise great app and really cute clothes and packaging! <3
Very difficult to use. No search or filter facility, you have to scroll through everything whether you want to or not. Have to go into an item to see your shopping bag. The size guide gives very different answers to the individual products, so you're best just ignoring it & clicking on the size for the item (always comes up much smaller than the guide anyway). Might be a great way to make people look at everything & get stuck with items they don't want, but user friendly it is not.
Love shopping here but the search engine is terrible. I search for a name and it doesn't appear, yet it's there in my wishlist. Certain things only appear if I set my language to English and some in Korean even though they're the same thing????? I don't understand. Please fix this. Also can you add folders for your wishlists to make finding thungs easier? I love shopping here but it's so inconvenient.
