Used to be a pretty good app. Now it's falling apart. Most incidents don't show up. Basic features don't work. Some of the most basic stuff gets thrown into their plus subscription. Everything is about making you get the plus subscription except the quality of the app. It's completely falling apart and I don't have any reason to believe the plus will help all the issues.
Had to change my review from 4 years ago, it was free then now they want you to pay for a premium. If you don't look at the app the day an incident happens forget about it unless you pay for the premium. Certain other features like seeing a missing person or animal's photo and information gotta have the premium or forget about it. You used to be able to choose which areas to view, can't do that anymore you must have the premium otherwise it'll go off of your phones location.
Need a way to remove all this plus stuff that I can't use. Very annoying having a bunch of things to click that just pop up into an ad for monthly payments. I barely use as is, so definitely not committing to a subscription. I'd prefer to delete if the the capabilities continue to be reduced and there's no option to hide pay walls in the free version. Oh and I keep getting notifications from events across the country. This app has really gotten bad over the past several months.
