I am writing to express my deep frustration and dissatisfaction with my recent experiences on the app. Unfortunately, I have encountered numerous issues, particularly with order cancellations, which have left me more dissatisfied with the overall service. Over the past few month, I have faced a recurring problem where my orders are automatically cancelled, without any apparent reason. This has occurred at least 10-15 times after successfully placing an order,
Very disappointing. For last two prepaid orders, incomplete order received. Each time, one item was missing. Option to register complaint for missing item is of no use as it takes you nowhere. Only option available is return. No customer care contanct number. Even one item in the last order is still showing to be delivered on 10 Aug 23 while I am writing this today on 12 Aug 23 and waiting for my order to be delivered. Very redundant app. Worst experience ever.
Grocery products are not available. Very disappointed. I have put some grocery products in cart they got vanished. Then searched again products were not there. I searched for more apps but there were no delivery partner 😔 . I have done many products in cart I a. Just going to do online payment but the product were not there very disappointed. I have been ordering product for City Mall only but now I am very sad . No grocery product there. They are only giving clothes, kitchen store etc. .
