When ClassPass works, it's great. And Customer Support used to be helpful and very responsive (same-day replies). Now it takes minimum 7 days for a reply. If you run into issues with billing, good luck because they'll just stonewall you without any actual assistance. Case in point: I needed to top-up credits to reserve a class. Because of the confusing UI, I got charged immediately for a package that I simply wanted more info on. Way to make top-ups intimidating and unreliable.
Honestly, I don't recommend this app. You pay $70 per month for credit but if you don't use them you can't accumulate them. Also the app is buggy, I couldn't find any classes or services to book and use up my credits, but once I cancelled my subscription I was able to see a bunch of classes available in my area. It was too late I had already lost all my credits. It's not a fair exchange of services, don't waste your money. The support experience is below average.
The classpass app is OK. But it needs improvements. For example, it would be helpful for the app to immediately notify me when I log in of a cancelled class and/or for it to show an alert in the app/dashboard. The push notifications & emails aren't enough. Unfortunately, I've driven to classes that were cancelled or advertised as available when they weren't. And the messaging feature within the app doesn't function correctly. You also can't upload pictures as indicated.
